Considering the continued low rate of COVID-19 in our region we have made the decision to begin booking in-person appointments at the office on a limited basis starting October 27th. In accordance with the public health recommendations our first choice is to continue meeting with you remotely if possible, however we understand that some people prefer meeting face-to-face. We would ask that you contact your advisor directly to set up an appointment. The office will not be open for walk-ins as we are currently staggering employees work times between the office and home in order to manage the number and flow of people within the building.
Please show up for your appointment on time as the waiting area is not open. Your advisor will meet you at the front door for your appointment. Mask use is mandatory in the building, however we are exploring some additional options that will provide the best communication and experience. We ask that if you are feeling ill on the day of your appointment or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 that you call to re-schedule.
